North Carolina State-Specific Component of the UBE


The North Carolina State-Specific Component of the Uniform Bar Examination is available.

 

Pursuant to Rule .0501(8) and Rule .0504(9) of the Rules Governing the Admission to Practice Law in North Carolina, effective June 30, 2018, all General Applicants and Transfer Applicants seeking licensure to practice law in North Carolina must successfully complete the North Carolina State-Specific Component of the Uniform Bar Examination.


Upon filing an application, applicants may request access to the North Carolina State-Specific Component by e-mailing a request to Ms. Allison Bradley at the North Carolina Board of Law Examiners at abradley@ncble.org
