Non licensed applicant:

     $700.00                     

Applicant who currently or has ever held a license to practice law:

     $1,500.00

Comity applicant:

     $2,000.00

Supplemental Applicant:

     $400.00

Additional Fee:

     $250.00

Laptop Fee:

     $125.00

 

 

New Administrative Fees effective March 22, 2011

 

Documentary Deficiency Fee:

     $100.00

Full Board Hearing Request Cost:

     $600.00

Full Board Hearing Postponement Cost:

     $250.00

Expedited Infraction Review Fee:

     $200.00

 

 

 

 

The Board of Law Examiners of the State of North Carolina was created for the purpose of examining applicants and providing rules and regulations for admission to the bar, including the issuance of licenses therefor.
