·         The application, and copy, should be doublesided.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL TO ASK IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.  In the weeks surrounding the deadlines, we receive several hundred applications per day.  It is impossible to determine if your application is in the stacks of applications waiting to be processed.  FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service all offer delivery notification services for your peace of mind.  Notification cards, when included with the application, are sent out immediately when an application is received.  Also, you may be able to check your bank activity to see that your payment has been processed.
